As a member of the responses platform team, I own our responses-focused microservices and work with different teams that interact with our services and vice versa. My current overarching initiative is to re-architect the separation of concerns across our responses services and others.

It was a privilege to become an intrinsic member in a multi-team effort to add a new question type to collect a click map, or heat map, of an image. My role was to persist every unique click per respondent across all instances of this question type. I worked with DBAs and fellow software engineers to finalize technical solutions both for my role and theirs.

I was the primary owner of our research enrollment app. I continued to support key product feature requests from our partners such as GSK and MJF Foundation. I completely refactored buggy cloudformation deployment to use Elastic Beanstalk with Docker development locally.

As part of the Research Experience team, I built out new features for the research and targeting survey platform, such as new question types and novel methods of targeting users to relevant surveys or studies. I worked closely with our research teams to facilitate the release or modification of the survey platform.

In addition, I built out crowdsourced treatments page that gained thousands of customer-driven ratings within first week of deployment and drove new research opportunities.

My experience includes fullstack web development with React.js, jQuery, Python Flask, Node.js, d3, Sass/CSS, and Bootstrap.

In addition, I built out our bioinformatics pipeline for generating taxonomies from raw sequence data using Python with the Kraken and Qiime libraries.

I also have extensive experience working with SQL and Redis DBs, both with ORM wrappers and with raw query operations.

Special shoutout to Richard Lin who taught me the value of product and the product mindset.

I developed the NoSQL data pipeline to upload and pull data from Redis and AWS, as well as server-side programming in node.js for asynchronous changes to parking spaces.

The MVP was a webapp hosted on Apache EC2 served with the Express.js microframework. The data was updated on the front end via jQuery's socket.io library.

My experience included process optimization and data analytics in plasma etch semi-conductor processing. I regularly queried data with SQL into Tableau dashboards, and scripted Python to aid in data processing.

My role included testing and mapping out expanded operating windows with novel hardware CIPs.
